Laser Cutting

We use lasers to cut a variety of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other alloys. We incorporate automated material handling, off line programming and part nesting for maximum material yield.

Water Jet Cutting

The use of a water jet enables us to cut various materials, including but not limited to metal alloys, glass, plastic, and wood. With water jet cutting, there is no heat-affected zone, warping, and no reflective concerns.

Forming & Bending

At Rapid-Line, we have invested in state-of-the-art press brake technology. Our late model CNC press brakes ensure precision bending and forming. The latest programming software gives us off-line programming capabilities, minimizing set-up and lead times. Our fully automated robotic press brake center with “lights out” capability ensures low cost, quick turnaround with superior repeatability.

Machining

We have several CNC machining centers, including CNC Lathe and wire EDM machining and cutting capability. We can mill, drill and tap to your precise requirements. Rapid-Line combines skilled machinists with the latest machining technology to provide quality machined parts for long or short runs and quick turnaround.

Welding

We are proficient in most types of welding including, TIG, MIG, Spot and Robotic Welding. Our Robotic weld cells provide consistent and repeatable weld quality for medium to high volume production.

Punching & Stamping

Rapid-Line operates a full complement of modern stamping presses up to 250 ton capacity with automatic straightening, material feeding, and parts ejection. Our advanced CNC Turret punching machine offers repeatable precision and speed and can be tooled for a wide range of applications. Our engineering team can work with you and identify how our turret punch capabilities may make a wide variety of parts for you at a very competitive cost.

Tube Bending

We bend and fabricate a wide range of tube with special expertise in stainless steel tube bending and fabrication. We have the ability to work with a wide range of tubing materials such as cold rolled steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, and aluminum.

We have special expertise in the fabrication of aluminum extrusion. We can fabricate, paint and assemble, incorporating glass, fabric, cork and/or other materials.

Powder Coating & Finishing

Our in-house powder coat line is state of the art with a five stage wash system and the latest in application and curing technology. We paint with the most advanced Epoxies, Polyesters, and Hybrids and offer smooth, textured and metallic finishes in over 1000 colors.

Whether we are fabricating component parts, simple assemblies or complex finished products, we can provide the right process for your product in our dedicated 15,000 square-foot assembly and packaging department.
